Responsibilities

  • Build and improve the company’s core rendering system.
  • Optimize real-time, multi-threaded rendering systems for performance and reliability.
  • Develop efficient rendering solutions using OpenGL, Metal, and DirectX.
  • Optimize video-processing pipelines for low-latency streaming.
  • Integrate FFmpeg for audio and video processing.
  • Diagnose and resolve rendering bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.
  • Support streaming and video-editing workflows for live broadcasting and online platforms.
  • Improve media delivery performance across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Work with embedded programming and hardware to optimize performance for specific platforms.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with multi-threaded rendering and complex-system performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with OpenGL, Metal, and DirectX.
  • Deep expertise in C++ as a primary programming language.
  • Experience with video streaming technologies and low-latency video processing.
  • Extensive experience with the FFmpeg library.
  • Understanding of video and audio signal processing.
  • Experience with streaming and editing video for live broadcasting or online platforms.
  • Understanding of embedded programming and hardware optimization.
  • Experience with broadcast audio and video standards including AAC, ProRes, H.265, MPEG-DASH, HLS, and SRT.
  • Familiarity with rendering across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Ability to diagnose rendering bottlenecks and build efficient, reliable, and scalable rendering systems.
