Responsibilities

Design and build custom solutions for complex infrastructure and reliability problems.
Deploy and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
Build reusable infrastructure automation using Pulumi, Terraform, and Ansible.
Debug, improve, and automate CI/CD pipelines end to end.
Develop scalable automation software in Golang and/or Python.
Work cross-functionally with developers and product teams to improve delivery velocity without sacrificing stability or security.
Apply software engineering principles to system scalability, resilience, observability, and incident response.

Strong production Kubernetes experience; self-hosted Kubernetes experience is a bonus.
Experience with infrastructure as code using Pulumi with TypeScript, Terraform, and Ansible.
Deep experience with Azure preferred; AWS or GCP experience is also acceptable.
Software engineering experience in Golang and/or Python beyond scripting alone.
Understanding of system performance, observability, and incident response processes.
English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
Ability to own outcomes, work independently amid ambiguity, and recommend practical alternatives.
Experience in regulated environments such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is preferred.
Prior experience supporting development teams as a DevOps or SRE is preferred.
