Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Perception engineers to enhance development velocity.
- Serve as a bridge between Perception and infrastructure teams for resource optimization.
- Drive multi-year roadmaps for Perception systems anticipating future scale.
- Lead system design efforts in partnership with infrastructure teams and Perception users.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering.
- Extensive experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong track record in designing large-scale systems for ML development.
- 6+ years of experience guiding teams within large engineering organizations.
- Proven ability to solve user needs by designing complex systems.
