Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing and office processes to identify AI use cases that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize workflows.
- Develop, test, and optimize AI models and proof-of-concept applications for manufacturing and business operations.
- Collaborate with departments and IT teams to understand challenges and integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend potential organizational applications.
- Document AI projects, methodologies, and outcomes for future scalability.
- Develop and facilitate AI training sessions and educate employees on AI benefits, risks, limitations, and responsible adoption.
- Assist with AI-related policies, best practices, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with programming languages, especially Python, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision applications.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior AI project experience through coursework, personal projects, or internships is preferred.
