Responsibilities
- Drive high-impact projects and innovate new solutions for onboarding.
- Independently manage features or projects aligned with team goals.
- Understand customer needs and communicate system design effectively.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and incident triaging.
- Write well-crafted, maintainable code.
- Share knowledge through tech talks and promote engineering best practices.
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues across applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience shipping large scale iOS applications.
- Proficient in Swift, SwiftUI, unit testing, and creating shared components.
- Familiar with architecture paradigms like unidirectional and reactive programming.
- Strong product sense with a focus on usability and design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a low-ego team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
