Base Salary
$131k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and run large-scale web applications.
- Define the backend architecture and tech stack for product areas.
- Enhance performance, reliability, scalability, and security of backend systems.
- Transition the codebase from monolithic to microservice architecture.
- Solve complex technical problems to disrupt logistics.
Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with backend tech stacks.
- Ability to analyze and improve system efficiency, scalability, and stability.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and writing REST APIs.
- Understanding of modern web stacks and architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and technologies like Postgres, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
