Base Salary
$158k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI and machine learning to streamline developer workflows and improve code quality.
- Design and enhance Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Create scalable infrastructure services including messaging platforms and workflow automation tools.
- Implement monitoring and incident management practices to ensure platform health.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify productivity bottlenecks and deliver tooling solutions.
- Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Kotlin, Rust, or Node.js.
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling at scale.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Aliyun) and infrastructure management tools.
- Strong system design skills and ability to define technological strategy.
- Familiarity with common design patterns and large-scale distributed systems.
