Responsibilities
- Engage prospects and clients to understand requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Lead technical discovery conversations and product demonstrations aligned with customer needs.
- Translate business challenges into product configurations, data integrations, and implementation plans.
- Respond to technical and compliance-related questions in RFPs and security questionnaires.
- Own integrations end-to-end, solving complex challenges and serving as a trusted technical advisor.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, product teams, sales, and customer success to deliver seamless API integrations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in software development, integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or related work.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth authentication, and JSON and XML data formats.
- Demonstrated success working directly with enterprise clients and understanding their operational constraints.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams on customer-driven roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and integration platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, take ownership, and lead solutions from pre-sales design through implementation and post-sale success.
