Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their requirements.
- Lead technical discovery and product demonstrations.
- Translate business challenges into product configurations and implementation plans.
- Respond to technical and compliance-related questions in RFPs.
- Lead integrations end-to-end and solve complex challenges.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and product teams for seamless API integrations.
Requirements
- 1+ years in software development, managing integrations, or ad tech.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, JSON, and XML.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions.
- Demonstrated ownership from pre-sales to post-sale success.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and integration platforms.
- Strong ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
