Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end AI architectures connecting data, models, platforms, and business processes.
- Establish architectural vision, patterns, best practices, standards, and guardrails for AI solutions.
- Guide teams, review designs, and solve complex challenges involving LLM applications, MLOps, data flows, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, AI engineers, and platform teams to translate goals into production-ready architectures.
- Help deliver secure, scalable, observable, maintainable, and responsible AI solutions that create measurable business value.
- Guide client decisions and communicate clearly about AI capabilities and limitations.
Requirements
- Strong background in AI/ML engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with experience building production AI solutions.
- Proven experience designing end-to-end AI architectures including data pipelines, model lifecycle, MLOps, and application integration.
- Deep understanding of LLM systems, including RAG architectures, agentic workflows, evaluation and monitoring, fine-tuning, and tool use.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud-native AI platforms and services such as Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with Python, modern AI frameworks, containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Solid understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.
- Ability to define architectural patterns and communicate them to technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
