Responsibilities
- Design user-centric test scenarios and test cases based on QA methodologies.
- Analyze and report bugs and issues with detailed documentation.
- Review and organize requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
- Document and deliver test results for Engineering and Product teams.
- Strengthen QA processes and expand test coverage.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Build new test tools and contribute to automated testing.
- Communicate effectively with global team members and handle HR tasks.
- Manage test environments, devices, and tools.
- Create and maintain internal team manuals and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product testing.
- Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and software quality processes.
- Experience designing strategic tests based on QA methodologies.
- Ability to organize and update documentation in rapidly changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in English for global collaboration.
- Strong understanding of Web, Mobile Web, and App characteristics.
- Preferred: Test automation experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of CI/CD systems like CircleCI and GitHub Actions.
- Proficient in Jira, Slack, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
- IT-related degree or equivalent knowledge.
