Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI tools and applications for information security from inception through implementation.
- Build, monitor, and maintain infrastructure for internal tooling, including Kubernetes clusters, serverless workloads, ETL pipelines, and terabyte-scale log pipelines.
- Develop tools supporting incident response, threat hunting, remediation, and security scanning.
- Partner with engineering and product engineering teams to deliver security automation, patching automation, gateways, and risk-reduction services.
- Own technical roadmaps, investigate complex problems, deliver projects, and mentor Software Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Experience working with production codebases.
- Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python, and one systems programming language, such as Go or C/C++.
- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure, including data pipelines, serverless workloads, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to work autonomously, deliver high-quality projects on time, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and investigate problems deeply.
- Preferred experience includes working at a high-growth technology company, leveraging AI to build applications, and maintaining Linux operating systems.
