Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for a portfolio of customers post-sale.
Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and validate high-value GenAI applications.
Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance and building prototypes.
Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and successful outcomes.
Contribute to open-source resources and technical documentation for best practices.
Share learnings with internal teams to inform product development and improve customer outcomes.
Codify knowledge and operationalize technical success practices for the Solutions Architecture team.

5+ years of experience in technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or machine learning systems.
Hands-on proficiency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
Ability to take end-to-end ownership of challenges and proactively acquire new skills.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting teammates and customers.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
