Responsibilities
- Design and review application architecture using .NET, Angular/React, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
- Lead development across front-end and back-end layers, including UI, APIs, databases, and external-system integrations.
- Define coding standards, design patterns, best practices, and technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure secure, scalable, high-quality software.
- Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, debugging, and technical debt reduction.
- Support application design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Guide the team on modern technologies, cloud, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across teams.
- Own sprint planning, estimation, task allocation, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, product owners, architects, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide status updates, effort estimates, and delivery-management support.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in .NET Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with C# and ASP.NET Core for back-end development.
- Familiarity with SQL Server database management and design.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, planning, estimation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks and maintain ownership, accountability, quality, security, and continuous improvement.
