Responsibilities
- Work with the NIRA Engineering team to scale the platform.
- Expand the platform to support multiple financial products.
- Drive iterations on credit policy and improve credit decision systems.
- Collaborate with product, credit/finance, compliance, support, and analytics teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience using Java, ideally with .NET as well.
- Experience in AWS-native environments using tools like DynamoDB, Athena, and Lambda.
- Proven track record of working on scalable technical solutions.
- Clear communication skills to articulate technical solutions globally.
- Product Engineer mentality to own solutions from start to finish.
