Responsibilities
- Partner with the NIRA engineering team and broader APAC engineering team to increase platform scalability.
- Expand the platform to support multiple financial products and underlying instruments.
- Drive iterations on credit policy and improve credit decision systems.
- Collaborate with product, credit and finance, compliance, support, and analytics teams.
- Shape infrastructure strategy and the product roadmap while leading high-impact technical projects.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java; .NET experience is preferred.
- Experience working in AWS-native environments with DynamoDB, Athena, and Lambda.
- Experience designing or delivering technical solutions that improve platform scalability.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions and collaborate with global colleagues.
- Product-engineering mindset with ownership of solutions from start to finish.
