Base Salary
$118k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct client and project discovery to understand business requirements, technical needs, success metrics, and solution architecture.
- Advise clients and translate business challenges into actionable AI/ML solutions.
- Create AI/ML roadmaps and strategies using Google Cloud AI and data capabilities.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with client engineering teams, product owners, solutions architects, developers, and cross-functional project members.
- Provide technical leadership, hands-on delivery, testing, user training, and repeatable professional services processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing consulting role.
- Proven experience with AI/ML technologies and applications, including integration, customization, development, and fine-tuning of Gemini models.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI/ML services such as Vertex AI, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python or NodeJS/ES6, and associated AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices and team development tools such as Git and Jira.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include Google Cloud Platform certifications, professional services experience delivering large enterprise solutions, and knowledge of security and IAM tools and principles.
