Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for Fulfillment, Logistics, and Labor Tracking.
- Own features end to end, from analysis and technical design through implementation and testing.
- Contribute across the stack, including backend services and internal operational tools.
- Shape software architecture and promote best practices and new technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to refine the product in an agile process.
- Support the on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with TypeScript/Node.js and React.
- Proven experience designing and building full-stack applications end to end.
- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures and backend REST APIs.
- Expertise in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Experience with asynchronous systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with production services focusing on reliability and observability.
- Advanced level of English.
