Base Salary
$96k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for digital asset platforms and services.
- Monitor platform health and respond to production incidents.
- Investigate and resolve application, infrastructure, and data-related issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring problems.
- Partner with development teams to improve stability, observability, and automation.
- Support software releases and verify production readiness.
- Maintain operational runbooks, monitoring, and support documentation.
- Communicate with business and technology stakeholders during incidents.
- Drive reliability, efficiency, and risk-reduction improvements while following operational controls, regulatory requirements, and Citi standards.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Experience supporting business-critical, high-availability systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
- Strong Linux and SQL knowledge.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Java, Python, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, ELK, or Prometheus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include markets or electronic trading technology, real-time trading, execution, pricing, market infrastructure, exchange, FinTech, payments, distributed systems, and large-scale production experience.
- Nice-to-have qualifications include digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, digital custody, wallets, key management, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud-native technology experience.
