Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement infrastructure for optimal operation of the cloud-based platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand and implement system requirements.
- Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure for high availability and security.
- Use Kubernetes for deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
- Write effective, scalable code.
- Develop tools to accelerate deployment and improve monitoring of custom applications at scale.
- Maintain critical system security using cloud security solutions.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience working with a complex and distributed software application.
- Proven experience as a Platform Infrastructure Engineer, SRE, or in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and expertise in Kubernetes and Linux.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Go, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of networking, data storage, and data backup.
- Knowledge of security operations and risk.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
