Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement the infrastructure for optimal operation of our cloud-based platform.
- Work closely with the development team to understand and implement system requirements.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
- Use Kubernetes for managing deployments, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
- Write effective, scalable code.
- Develop tools to improve deployment and monitoring of custom applications in a large-scale environment.
- Ensure critical system security through best-in-class cloud security solutions.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a complex and distributed software application.
- Proven work experience as a Platform Infrastructure Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Linux.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages, preferably Go, Python, or Java.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of networking, data storage, and data backup.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of security operations and risk.
