Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable services for AI agent identity and secrets management.
- Manage agent authentication flows and real-time access policies for reliable, least-privilege access.
- Lead the evolution of MCPs and agentic AI into scalable systems.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver high-performance platform components.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable code that protects critical systems and sensitive data.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with AI and security teams to gather requirements and influence design.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in infrastructure, identity, or security.
- Strong proficiency writing scalable backend code in Go and Python.
- Experience designing and implementing secure authentication flows, access controls, and distributed systems.
- Ability to build foundational platforms from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience with AI agents or modern AI ecosystems.
- Preferred: familiarity with ephemeral access control, zero-trust architectures, and secrets management.
- Preferred: track record of driving cross-functional engineering initiatives to successful delivery.
