Responsibilities

Map software development lifecycle processes across products and identify cross-product bottlenecks.
Redesign planning-to-delivery workflows end to end to improve engineering productivity.
Deploy and champion scalable AI-assisted tooling and automation across engineering teams.
Translate AI strategy into concrete workflows and tooling that teams can adopt.
Measure the impact of productivity improvements and define engineering productivity metrics.
Drive change and adoption across teams that do not report directly to the role.

Bachelor's degree.
Excellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels.
At least 1 year of experience applying AI or automation to developer or delivery workflows.
Senior hands-on software engineering background with experience building, not only advising.
Preferred exposure to developer productivity, platform, or DevEx work.
Preferred familiarity with the company's product stack and toolchain.
Preferred track record defining metrics for engineering productivity.
