Responsibilities
- Map software development lifecycle processes across products and identify cross-team bottlenecks.
- Redesign engineering workflows from planning through delivery rather than optimizing only one product.
- Deploy and champion scalable AI-assisted tooling and automation across engineering teams.
- Translate AI strategy into concrete workflows and tooling and enable adoption.
- Define productivity metrics and measure the impact of engineering workflow improvements.
- Drive change across teams that do not report to the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels.
- At least 1 year of experience applying AI or automation to developer or delivery workflows preferred.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience across design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance preferred.
- Senior hands-on software engineering background with experience building rather than only advising.
- Exposure to developer productivity, platform, or DevEx work preferred.
- Familiarity with the company’s product stack and toolchain preferred.
- Track record of defining engineering productivity metrics preferred.
