Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, architectures, and use cases.
- Help customers integrate the Querit Search API into AI agents, RAG systems, research tools, and other AI applications.
- Build demos, prototypes, proofs of concept, and reference implementations.
- Debug API integrations and help customers move applications from evaluation to production.
- Advise customers on search quality, latency, retrieval strategies, and integration best practices.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify recurring customer needs and improve the product.
- Create reusable sample code, integration guides, demos, and technical documentation.
- Support technical evaluations, customer onboarding, and deployment with the business team.
- Communicate technical concepts with developers, founders, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Experience with REST APIs, backend systems, or web applications.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agents, or retrieval systems.
- Ability to solve problems and debug technical issues independently.
- Comfort communicating directly with customers and explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site from the Bay Area office for at least three months.
- Previous software engineering, AI, or technical internship experience is preferred.
- Experience building AI agents, RAG pipelines, search, retrieval systems, developer tools, APIs, AI infrastructure, enterprise software, side projects, hackathon projects, or production applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, OpenAI SDKs, or similar tools is preferred.
