Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement new or modified ServiceNow software products and business automation solutions.
- Analyze requirements and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Configure, script, and develop custom ServiceNow applications, including Request Fulfilment and Catalog Items.
- Work with Service Portal, Catalog Items, Self-Service Applications, data migrations, CMDB data modeling, and ServiceNow Foundation Data.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including documentation, implementation, testing, and user training.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts in a Scrum team.
- Document and share best practices, support less experienced colleagues, and participate in research and development projects.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially custom application development.
- Experience implementing requirements in ServiceNow through configuration, scripting, and solution development.
- Experience with Service Portal, Catalog Items, and Self-Service Applications.
- Experience with data migrations, CMDB data modeling, and ServiceNow Foundation Data.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, ideally ITIL v4, and their mapping to ServiceNow.
- At least 3 years of project experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM is required.
- Experience with Scrum or Agile development.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while delivering high-quality solutions.
