Base Salary
$150k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on machine learning models and features for lifecycle optimization, notifications, and monetization.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists, and product managers to improve product features and user experience.
- Work on embedding-based retrieval, Graph Neural Networks, multi-stage ranking systems, experimentation, and production deployment.
- Contribute to responsible AI practices involving explainability, fairness, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related area.
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying and evaluating agentic workflows.
- Understanding of classification, regression, ranking, and model evaluation.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s or advanced degree, exposure to recommendations, personalization, NLP, deep learning, LLMs, or explainable AI, and familiarity with experiment tracking, model monitoring, feature pipelines, or cloud platforms.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are preferred.
