Responsibilities

Design and build the production runtime for LLM-based agents and products.
Develop application-level knowledge to inform requirements and best practices for AI systems.
Lead the design and automation of production infrastructure in cloud environments.
Promote disciplined engineering practices for strong production hygiene.

Extensive experience as a Software/Backend Engineer with increasing responsibility.
Experience across the full product lifecycle from design to maintenance.
Exceptional programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
Proficient in cloud environments including Kubernetes and Databricks.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
Proficient in monitoring and alerting stacks for observability.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multi-functional teams.
