Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, deploy, unit test, implement, and support ARAS PLM solutions.
- Develop APIs integrating ARAS with other PLM and legacy systems.
- Build custom solutions in ARAS PLM modules and work with ARAS utilities such as batch loader.
- Install, upgrade, and perform administrative activities for ARAS applications.
- Develop and support web and full-stack solutions using JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, AML, and related technologies.
- Manage Level 3 support incidents and analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Evaluate IT solution performance and recommend improvements to software and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, business experts, data analysts, and architects across the product lifecycle.
- Support requirements through development, documentation, delivery, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Work European shift times when needed and travel to Europe for short-term assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of software development experience, including 2–4 years of ARAS PLM implementation experience.
- Experience with ARAS PLM development, customization, deployment, modules, utilities, installation, upgrades, and administration.
- Ability to develop APIs and custom ARAS PLM solutions.
- Experience with SQL Server databases and SQL scripting.
- Experience with JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, AML, rich client development, XHTML, XSL, and CSS3.
- Experience with bug and issue tracking using Agility.
- Knowledge of VersionOne, JIRA, and G Suite, as well as Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe project methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency; German knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud computing services, cybersecurity, and export control regulations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, collaboration, willingness to learn, and interest in software technologies.
