Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in three-month rough planning and define iteration goals.
- Conduct research and prototyping.
- Work with product architects to refine technical solutions.
- Apply design and coding best practices to develop high-quality components.
- Develop solutions and ensure iteration goals are met.
- Write automated tests to maintain code quality.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Continuously improve team processes and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
- Development knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Performance optimization and analytics skills.
- Knowledge of software development processes, including estimation and development flow.
- Understanding of AI-assisted development and LLM fundamentals, including model types, capabilities, limitations, and selection.
- Strong collaboration, planning, organization, problem analysis, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in Poland.
