Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of major client systems across gameplay, UI, and live events.
- Define and evolve architecture for a large Unity/C# codebase focusing on modularity and maintainability.
- Guide implementation of data-driven and live-ops systems.
- Collaborate with design, product, QA, and analytics teams to align client architecture with operational needs.
- Enhance engineering effectiveness through improved patterns, tooling, and documentation.
- Lead incident analysis and production issue resolution across mobile client systems.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and influence cross-team technical decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in large production game clients.
- Deep expertise in C# and object-oriented software design.
- Strong experience with Unity in large-scale production environments.
- Proven track record in designing scalable client architecture for gameplay systems.
- Experience with mobile platform development for iOS and Android.
- Strong understanding of client-side data pipelines and remote content management.
- Experience with build automation and CI/CD workflows for mobile games.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
