Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for large language models.
- Analyze model outputs and behavior and implement improvements to contextual understanding and performance.
- Handle large-scale datasets and perform domain-specific adaptation of language models.
- Optimize model training workflows in distributed computing environments.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate cross-functional model development efforts.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with large-scale datasets and domain-specific language-model adaptation.
- Ability to analyze model behavior and improve contextual understanding.
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks used in machine learning model development.
- Ability to work with distributed computing environments and optimize model training workflows.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
