Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production web applications across the full stack.
- Develop front-end interfaces and components using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate front ends with backend services, APIs, databases, and data-driven systems.
- Own build, delivery, deployment, and operational processes for live applications, including on-call responsibility.
- Make architecture, performance, accessibility, user experience, and maintainability decisions.
- Implement and support automated testing, observability, and safe iterative releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and help establish high standards for software quality and craft.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience shipping and maintaining production web applications with React and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience using GenAI in coding, testing, pull request reviews, documentation, and related work.
- Hands-on full-stack web development experience, including front-end development, backend service and API integration, and deployment infrastructure concerns.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and make sound technical decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep experience with modern React patterns, Next.js App Router, server-side rendering, static site generation, and modern rendering strategies.
- Experience working with databases, backend services, APIs, deployment infrastructure, complex data-driven front ends, automated testing, CI/CD systems, observability tools, design systems, component libraries, accessibility practices, and performance optimization.
- Experience mentoring and helping junior engineers grow.
