Base Salary

$130k - $196k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the operator UI frontend platform, including the application shell, design system, and shared data layer.
  • Implement frontend modules that follow established architecture and integrate into the unified application.
  • Migrate features and components from separate frontends into the unified operator platform.
  • Build efficient UI components for live hardware telemetry and real-time data.
  • Participate in code reviews, collaborate with senior engineers, and apply frontend best practices.

Requirements

  • Typically 2+ years of experience building production web applications.
  • Deep expertise with TypeScript and React.
  • Experience contributing to shared frontend codebases, component libraries, or design systems used by multiple teams.
  • Foundational frontend performance skills, including profiling, bottleneck identification, and basic optimization.
  • Experience with state management patterns and real-time data updates in React applications.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior engineers, receive mentorship, and contribute to architectural discussions.
  • Preferred experience includes real-time visualization or charting, industrial control, SCADA, hardware-in-the-loop systems, WebSockets, protobuf, Web Workers, Bazel, or Monaco.
