Base Salary

$161k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy customer-facing product features for institutional real estate investors.
  • Own features end-to-end by collaborating with product and design and delivering work through production.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to generate code and tests and iterate on implementations.
  • Review human-written and AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, bugs, edge cases, and performance issues.
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to earlier-career engineers.
  • Reason about data structures, system design, performance, reliability, and data integrity tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • Hands-on production experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
  • BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience.
  • 4+ years building web application backends using Ruby, Flask, Node, or similar technologies.
  • 4+ years building web application frontends using React, Angular, Vue, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end and deliver without heavy oversight.
  • Strong code review, product sense, independence, communication, and mentorship skills.
  • Preferred experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-assisted workflows in production.
  • Preferred background in high-growth SaaS and interest in commercial real estate or fintech.
