Base Salary
$108k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements, design, development, and testing of embedded application, middleware, operating system, and supporting-tool software.
- Design, code, test, integrate, and document new or enhanced software solutions.
- Conduct internal reviews of software components and systems.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for embedded targets and simulated environments.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Work collaboratively in a SAFe environment on real-time, application, and systems software.
Requirements
- Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience.
- Must have knowledge of data structures and algorithms, systems software design, operating systems, software architectures, software development life cycle, and related processes.
- Must have experience with C++, Python, and object-oriented software design.
- Must have hands-on experience developing automated unit, integration, or system-level tests for embedded or software systems.
- Must have an active and transferable DoD Secret clearance before the first day, or meet the stated interim-clearance requirement, and must be a U.S. citizen.
- Preferred qualifications include team-based Agile/SCRUM development, DevSecOps, test automation, Docker, Kubernetes, Conan, complex software systems, legacy-code refactoring, and real-time multithreaded software.
