Base Salary
$220k - $256k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug ML applications for real-time requests.
- Prototype solutions and conduct data analyses for large-scale inference problems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop standard methodologies in model building.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system components.
- Mentor junior machine learning engineers and participate in code reviews.
- Generate and review proposals for research and development directions.
- Stay updated with developments in machine learning.
Requirements
- M.S in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 5+ years.
- Fluency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented programming language.
- Strong knowledge of ML algorithms such as classification and optimization.
- Interest in distributed systems and software design.
- Strong skills in math, statistics, and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and social skills.
- Experience coaching and developing junior machine learning engineers.
