Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate in all parts of the software development life cycle.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development best practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Collaborate with teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Help design, build, and deploy innovative AI solutions for clients.
- Develop scientific thought leadership and papers and lead conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university Master's or PhD degree program in Computer Research Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Experience or interest in software development, large-scale data analytics, and transforming organizations into AI-led companies.
- Python programming experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, and interact directly with clients in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
