Responsibilities
- Build, refine, and implement end-to-end agentic AI solutions and support successful delivery of the Falcon project.
- Integrate LLMs and LangChain into business processes.
- Use Python and other data manipulation languages to prepare and manipulate data.
- Translate business requirements into agentic AI solution designs that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, present findings to non-technical audiences, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Apply data analysis and knowledge graph techniques while staying current with technical and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience with end-to-end project delivery, preferably using agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, including use of Code Copilot to accelerate development and improve code quality and productivity.
- Knowledge or experience designing and developing agentic systems, including LLM fine-tuning, context engineering, knowledge graph construction, and scalable, resilient services.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data systems such as AWS S3, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
- Highly desirable experience in document intelligence, cloud-native software engineering, agentic or generative AI solution design and implementation, and full-stack development.
