Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify clinical challenges and translate them into AI-enabled product opportunities, requirements, and engineering priorities.
- Deploy and evaluate AI capabilities in clinical environments, collecting feedback on usability, performance, and workflow fit.
- Validate AI outputs, identify edge cases and failure modes, and support continuous model improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to accelerate learning cycles and prioritize product enhancements.
- Build partnerships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to support co-creation, adoption, clinical evaluations, evidence generation, and AI performance validation.
- Support prototype deployments, software validation, and integration into hospital IT environments.
- Represent customer needs across AI, Clinical Science, Engineering, UX, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing software-based healthcare or medical technology solutions.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent field.
- Experience with AI-enabled healthcare products and direct collaboration with clinicians.
- Knowledge of image-guided therapy, interventional cardiology, or related clinical domains.
- Experience developing regulated products under FDA Design Controls in SaMD/SaNMD environments.
- Ability to translate clinical observations into product requirements and engineering priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across matrixed organizations and with product teams and AI engineers.
- Ability to meet the position’s minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements with or without accommodation.
