Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Dev Mode, Figma MCP tools, Make, and other design-to-code collaboration products.
- Develop new 0-to-1 products in the agentic coding space.
- Ship high-quality, user-facing full-stack features from early concepts through production.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, data partners, and research teams.
- Mentor and learn from engineering, product, and design colleagues while contributing to Figma’s culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer.
- Strong fluency with React and TypeScript.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively across functions to drive solutions proactively.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship, with a focus on user impact and high-velocity delivery.
- Preferred experience leading large-scale, high-impact engineering projects.
- Preferred experience working on user-facing LLM and agentic product features.
- Preferred experience curating evaluation sets and developing LLMs as judges.
