Responsibilities
- Manage designated technology application portfolios through configuration, maintenance, monitoring, reengineering, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Provide analysis, architectural design, and technical leadership for software projects of varying complexity.
- Perform full-stack development and application administration using C#/ASP.NET or equivalent UI technologies and SQL Server.
- Coordinate between technical and business departments to ensure requirements and project targets are met.
- Support and help manage IT processes and the internal software development life cycle methodology.
- Provide peer guidance and knowledge transfer, particularly for areas of expertise and larger implementations.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for break/fix ticket resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly in English, and solve business problems using analytical reasoning.
Requirements
- Level I requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience and training.
- Level I requires up to three years of successful full-stack development with C#/ASP.NET or equivalent UI development and SQL Server.
- Level II requires three to seven years of successful full-stack development with C#/ASP.NET or equivalent UI development and SQL Server.
- Level II requires experience applying system development life cycle methodologies and leading tasks or projects related to medium-to-large software implementations.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with LIMS such as STARLiMS and Outreach, specimen management systems, laboratory instrument interfaces, HL7, Corepoint, laboratory operations, and testing processes.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, customer service, problem-solving, flexibility, teamwork, and analytical reasoning skills are required.
