Responsibilities

Manage designated technology application portfolios through configuration, reengineering, enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, and monitoring.
Develop and administer full-stack applications using C#/ASP.NET or equivalent UI technologies and SQL Server.
Provide analysis, architectural design, and leadership for projects ranging from small to large complexity depending on level.
Serve as a liaison between technical and business departments to ensure requirements and targets are met.
Support application management, administration, break/fix ticket resolution, and a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Lead or contribute to LIMS, specimen management, laboratory instrument interface, and software implementation projects.
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to peers at Level II.
Follow defined IT processes and the company’s internal software development life cycle methodology.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience and training.
Level I requires up to 3 years of successful full-stack development experience with C#/ASP.NET or equivalent UI development and SQL Server.
Level II requires 3 to 7 years of successful full-stack development experience with C#/ASP.NET or equivalent UI development and SQL Server.
Level II candidates must have experience applying software development life cycle methodologies and leading tasks or projects for medium- to large-size software implementations.
Preferred experience includes STARLiMS, Outreach, specimen management systems, laboratory instrument interfaces, LIMS administration, and HL7 coding.
Knowledge of laboratory operations and processes and Corepoint is preferred.
Requires analytical reasoning, problem-solving, communication, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to learn new technologies.
