Base Salary

$124k - $216k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and oversee implementation of enterprise-wide systems and applied AI solutions.
Research and recommend software products that address business requirements.
Ensure delivered solutions align with customer requirements and business and technical architecture.
Develop and maintain documentation, policies, procedures, operational calendars, and SDLC and change-management compliance.
Perform sustaining activities for the global enterprise application infrastructure.
Meet with clients to determine requirements, document specifications, and validate that solutions continue to meet expectations.
Conduct NOC monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation.
Analyze and maintain application performance data to optimize software usage.
Assist with budget development and management for application development teams.
Provide secondary leadership and backup for one or more technical matrix teams.

At least 5 years of application or software development-related experience, including 2 years within FTI Consulting.
Expert-level proficiency in Python and C#/.NET.
Proven experience deploying AI solutions in the Azure AI ecosystem, such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry.
Experience building and deploying production generative AI solutions using large language models.
Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AutoGen.
Experience supporting and maintaining commercial off-the-shelf enterprise ERP solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Four-year college degree or equivalent job experience.
High-level certification in a core area, such as MCAD, MCSD, or MCDBA.
Project management experience.
Experience with Windows Server 2003, IIS, SharePoint, and SQL Server 2000 or 2005.
