Responsibilities
- Implement and operate supported ServiceNow solutions within the DevOps team.
- Develop sustainable, high-quality solutions aligned with ServiceNow standards and product lifecycle requirements.
- Implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow ITOM solutions covering Visibility, Health, and Event Management.
- Configure event ingestion, correlation, alerting, and workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and external data sources.
- Improve CMDB data quality, discovery patterns, and service mapping accuracy.
- Align ITOM with HAM and SAM for asset transparency.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, PowerShell, and other integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Use and evaluate AI technologies to improve development, automation, efficiency, and quality, including ServiceNow NowAssist capabilities.
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow product teams and contribute to the broader DevOps product team.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with proven success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist or Developer.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
- Proven experience delivering Event Management implementation projects.
- Solid experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.
- Strong JavaScript development knowledge, including object-oriented programming, class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Proven experience designing and implementing REST, SOAP, and PowerShell integrations.
- Experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems.
- Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile or hybrid projects.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application, including ServiceNow NowAssist.
- Full-stack development experience is helpful but not required.
- ITIL Foundation and project management certifications are advantageous.
- ServiceNow CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, or CIS-SAM certifications are nice to have.
- AIOps and observability tools experience and knowledge of data-driven architecture are nice to have.
