Responsibilities
- Build and own full-stack product functionality, from user interfaces to efficient, flexible, and scalable backend processing logic.
- Develop integrations between Asana and function-specific tools used by Operations, Marketing, IT, and other teams.
- Participate in all stages of product development, from conception through post-launch reflection.
- Write clean, maintainable code and improve existing codebases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, user researchers, data scientists, and partner teams.
- Contribute to the culture and growth of Asana’s Warsaw office.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack experience building user-facing products in large, well-maintained codebases, with integration development preferred.
- Professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React and Node.js, or Scala.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional and cross-time-zone collaboration.
- Ability to exercise autonomous judgment while balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Strong attention to user experience and product detail.
- Interest in productivity, team collaboration, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
