Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions, autonomous AI agents, and full-stack services.
- Build GenAI features including backend APIs, custom tools, LLM integrations, and evaluation harnesses.
- Design and maintain MCP servers and services with tool calling, orchestration, and multi-agent coordination.
- Guide responsive React and TypeScript frontend development and scalable backend services using Python, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.
- Establish LLM observability, evaluations, caching, monitoring, latency optimization, and usage tracking.
- Champion high availability, performance, observability, and reliability across frontend and backend microservices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code and system design reviews, and partner with product managers on technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Extensive professional software engineering experience with a record of delivering complex technical projects in senior or principal roles.
- Deep hands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling production agentic AI workflows, tool integrations, and GenAI features.
- High proficiency with React and TypeScript and backend development using Python, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.
- Deep understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic and multi-agent architectures, and MCP services.
- Strong experience with application observability, logging, and performance monitoring across distributed backend and frontend systems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design teams.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, enterprise platform integrations, GenAI observability and evaluation tools, EPM or financial planning, enterprise SaaS, open-source agent frameworks, MCP servers, or distributed systems or Generative AI research is desirable.
