Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate and augment workflows across sales, marketing, customer success, customer support, risk, and finance.
- Own agentic architecture including tool use, memory management, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop escalation, guardrails, and audit trails.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking to ground agents in proprietary company knowledge.
- Define evaluation frameworks measuring task completion, accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and business impact.
- Iterate on agent behavior using real-world usage data and stakeholder feedback.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify use cases, translate business requirements into technical features, and deliver products from data preprocessing through deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- At least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, ideally in fintech or a related sector, with production experience deploying AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and AI system development.
- Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including systematic evaluation of enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience building RAG systems and conversational chatbots is an advantage.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, for deployment and AI-Ops practices.
- Strong statistical reasoning, analytical ability, business acumen, and the ability to assess real-world AI impact.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while balancing short- and long-term goals.
