Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for automating high-value workflows.
- Own the end-to-end agent stack, including memory management and planning.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines grounded in proprietary knowledge.
- Define evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in fintech.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and AI system building.
- Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience with building RAG systems and conversational chatbots is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
