Base Salary
$148k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with technologies like React, Redux, Ruby, and Rails to solve customer problems.
- Engage with all layers of the tech stack including frontend, backend, and APIs.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to influence product direction.
- Mentor and share knowledge with fellow Engineers to enhance their skills.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and psychological safety.
- Assist in interviewing and hiring new Engineering talent.
Requirements
- Experience with technologies in our stack, including React, Ruby, and Rails.
- Prior experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup or as a founder.
- At least three years of professional Software Engineering experience.
- Understanding of SaaS business fundamentals and their impact on metrics.
