Responsibilities
- Define testing scope, approaches, scenarios, cases, and test data for products and releases.
- Plan testing activities, track progress, align priorities, and coordinate environments and tools with stakeholders.
- Review requirements and design documentation to assess product quality and improve test coverage.
- Automate and execute test cases, including API, system integration, and other product-quality tests.
- Report test outcomes and manage defects through prioritization, root cause analysis, and defect tracking.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing and communicate testing priorities and results to technical and business stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing approaches using test analysis and automation patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of software testing standards, methodologies, planning, scenario design, case creation, and execution.
- Proficiency in API testing using Postman, Kreya, or similar tools, plus automated and system integration testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, containerized environments, observability tools, and complex enterprise system integration.
- Understanding of defect management, including prioritization, root cause analysis, and test and defect management tools.
- Ability to understand business requirements, define testing priorities, manage UAT, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and testing methodologies and the ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
