$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
- Perform manual and automated functional, negative, performance, interoperability, regression, and security testing.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks.
- Apply AI-assisted testing techniques, including intelligent test generation, anomaly detection, and test optimization.
- Review system architecture and requirements to identify quality risks and validation gaps.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide a QA perspective.
- Validate software across Linux, virtualized, and cloud environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and enterprise application architectures.
- Required experience with Python and Bash.
- Experience with Selenium or equivalent UI automation tools.
- Experience with VMware ESXi, VirtualBox, and AWS.
- Familiarity with web servers, databases, distributed systems, and security testing tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts in QA, AI-driven automation, data-centric testing, big data concepts, OpenSearch, Redis, and Apache Spark.
- Strong analytical, proactive, and collaboration skills.
