Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define and document initial system requirements and enhancements for major changes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on client clinical study protocols for moderately to highly complex studies.
- Author specifications for IRT, randomization, kit lists, and interfaces.
- Partner with internal teams to move projects through all phases of development.
- Support user acceptance testing setup and execution.
- Continuously learn the company platform and evolving offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, with appropriate IRT industry experience accepted as a substitute.
- 2-4 years of experience in a software business analyst role and the ability to understand technical concepts quickly.
- 2-4 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
- Strong attention to detail, quality focus, communication, organization, time management, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to document technical information effectively and manage multiple assignments with moderate supervision.
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.
- Experience delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
