Responsibilities
- Design and automate test-as-code scenarios for web and mobile projects using Cypress, Playwright, Espresso, or equivalent tools.
- Manage and prioritize defects using Jira, Redmine, Mantis, or suitable issue-management tools.
- Produce clear and actionable quality reporting with Data Studio and X-Ray.
- Collaborate with development, product, business, and client stakeholders to integrate quality into the delivery lifecycle.
- Help structure and improve Atecna’s QA standards, tooling, and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Monitor testing trends and share knowledge through meetups, articles, and experience reports.
- Incorporate digital accessibility considerations into testing when relevant to client projects.
Requirements
- More than four years of experience in test automation using Cypress, Playwright, Espresso, or equivalent tools.
- Proficiency with X-Ray, Jira, Redmine, Mantis, and Data Studio.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with development, product, business, and client stakeholders.
- Ability to manage the full testing lifecycle, including definition, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Active interest in emerging testing practices and technologies, knowledge sharing, proactive client engagement, and digital accessibility.
