Base Salary
$200k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap for cybersecurity evaluations and environments and prioritize engineering resources.
- Build and run the production systems that generate cybersecurity environments.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage part-time cybersecurity experts reviewing environments for fairness, correctness, and quality.
- Work with frontier AI lab researchers to understand their cybersecurity data needs and sell appropriate environments.
- Write and communicate prioritization decisions and research findings clearly.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional cybersecurity experience and a reputation placing the candidate among the top 5% of peers.
- Deep hands-on experience in at least one of web application penetration testing, bug bounty hunting, vulnerability or zero-day research, hacking agents, or AI security.
- Strong connections within the security community.
- Ability to write and ship production code using Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include public bug bounty results, live-hacking-event invitations, Pwn2Own placements, published original research, experience managing or mentoring security researchers, expertise measuring non-binary security work, and experience building research tools or automation.
