Responsibilities
- Influence and craft the engineering roadmap for technical excellence.
- Work across the technology stack including Python, Go, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Lead technical planning and execution for new features.
- Design systems to enforce best practices for code quality and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to create efficient UI solutions.
- Engage directly with customers to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend programming skills in Python and Go.
- General understanding of containers and cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in shipping products quickly in a fast-paced environment.
